Would you like to write some words for Death By Robots? If so, please… show yourselves! We are a nice bunch and, unlike those robots out there, we won’t shoot your head off and bathe in your blood.

We are looking for a range of writers, with one prominent quality: enthusiasm. If you have a passion for writing, and of course video games we would like to hear from you. A good grasp of the English language would definitely be a bonus.

Death By Robots works on a voluntary basis, and to keep the site running as a friendly and stressless team we don’t ask for a minimum amount of work. All we ask is that you keep the work coming in when something comes to mind (as long as you don’t disappear for months – we will assume the robots got to you first). To keep the site running we need a constant stream of posts, so the bigger the team, the more we can cover.

Here at DBR we love opinions. If you have a view about video games that you need to vent, our site could be the place to give you a voice. Don’t be scared of haters; all opinions are valid, and we can all have a good laugh at those who are out to troll. We also need news posts, to keep up with current announcements. If you see something that needs to be covered, your role is to report about it. Reviews can come from your current purchases using any platform you wish, or when possible we will ask you to report on a game we have been given. If you have exceptionally good fan art ideas we would also like to hear from you!

We launched on 17th January 2011, so we are still a relatively new site. Do not let that put you off applying. We are building many contacts, and growing from strength to strength.
